We have confirmed Blinky sitings, I think maybe I have to much water so I don't notice where and when he does pop up.
Next question? We've had a couple video-cut-scenes during the time. Any remember any characters that we might have seen in those? I feel like I might have seen those twin girls from the elementary school in the initial video.

He counts and has been added because we've seen him, just not very often.
Saw him a few times right after I began playing at X-mas, and then he showed up again in a friend's town yesterday.

I included them in the character list (somewhere in the 30s), as they show up in that little menu you can open to view if you have all the characters
