You tap on Burns.

Same way you do with all the other skins like Homer has Unless of course you dont have any skins at all (apart from burns)

Ok that's great, thanks guys.

This is only my 2nd skin at the moment. Cant use gorgeous grampa one yet as I've still not got grampa. Only level 23 and only just build springfield downs, hair dressers and one more currently building.

despite the fact bumble bee man has been ready to build quimb since level 15.

The skin comes when Burns is free. But i'm a little dissapointed About it. When Mr. Burns is actually doing his tasks you can't see anything of his costume! :evil: I hope the next one is vissable?
