Can't find /buy Boardwalk fountain

Aha, ok. Thought that was a onetime deal only. Have been so busy lately had no time too check the forum. Is the vault a new permanent feature?

According to 00mitchs' list in the vault post, the fountain will be in slot 2 after pink funzo.
