Blueprints?

Hey so I never bought the 'little lisa recycling plant' until recently. I get 450 blueprints from this every four hours, but no idea what happens with them and where they go. Thoughts?

They are used in the rail yard.
  • Thanks dude - can you explain how they're used? I've gone in to it and can't see how I can use them. They don't total or anything like that

They help with the railyard. I don't work the railyard anymore however this item on its own achieves two of the prizes each week without doing anything more than tapping it to collect the blueprints when passing. That's 3 mystery pieces of monorail track per week.
  • Ok cool thanks. I'll have a look at it tomorrow when the prizes refresh

Are you saying it "saves" the ones you collect all week and when you start the railyard on Tuesday it applies them to the 25,000 total that you need to achive to get all 5 prizes for the week? Because I dont see that happening in my town. Nor do I get any prizes from said blueprints. I start at 0 every week. What am I missing here? Is my recycling plant broken? If you could shed some light on this for me I would appreciate it. I thought thats what was supposed to happen when I bought it a while back but figured I was mistakenm

You should be able to see your blueprint count on the blue tab of the daily challenge pop-up. As mentioned, this item will comfortably pay out around 10,000 per week. If you send characters on recycling jobs and exchange the resources for a further 15,000 blueprints then you can earn more track pieces and 5 donuts each week.

I'll have to check that out. I will let you know. The way Im understanding what you are saying is I should basicly get the first 2 prizes right off the bat? Sorry if Im being a pain, I thought thats what was supposed to happen but it doesnt seem to be working properly. Maybe its just me. Off to investigate further.Thabks for the help. I will report back shortly

No; it's not complicated. It simply pays out blueprints - no matter what day of the week and how many you already have, when you collect from Little Lisa's it adds more blueprints to your total.

If you do nothing else at all with the railyard during the week it can still earn you track pieces, as they're awarded when your weekly blueprint total passes 5,000 and then 10,000 blueprints.

Not off the bat; it takes around 5-6 days to accumulate 10,000 blueprints, so I usually receive the second prize at the weekend.

Wait, if I have finiahed the tasks for the week, it won't keep accumulating them once Im sone for next week, right? I think this may be where Im misunderstanding you.

PS thanks for your help, and extra thanks for your patience. :)

Sorry, I don't know what happens after 25,000 as I don't work the railyard anymore. I bought it after having retired from working there... just because... :)

Gotya. Im pretty sure now thats where Im getting mixed up. Cause Im done for the week (last week) and nothing you describe is happening for me. I think once you finish it stops saving, I though you were saying something different. My mistake. Thank you so much for all your help.

I don't do any railyard tasks until Sunday night because of the Plant. I let them build up all week and it will take care of the first 2 to 3 prizes depending on how often I clear the plant. Then just the last two are left and that is usually done quickly.

Sounds like a decent strategy, I think thats along the lines of what she was telling me above. I may employ this strategy this week and see how it goes.
