Possible Frozen XP Fix

I have the same problem. Haven't fixed it yet. Here is what I know. I have 4 games going. 2 can collect xp 2 can not. Tried on my girlfriends phone and iPod. Still nothing. I know I am no help, but maybe my failures will give someone a good idea.

I tried uninstalling/reinstalling, no luck. I'll try the long running play when I get somewhere near a charger.
