Yes. This happens a lot to me, although only if I have been logged out for a while. One human and one pet.

I've put both cemeteries in storage and the rogue zombies still appear periodically.

Yeah they appear every few hours or so, if you have the game open and you hear the zombie moan, then quickly search your town and you'll see (normally only 2) zombies climbing out from underneath the pavement or roads, these are separate to the graveyard/mausoleum zombies

I got the pet cemitary and human at different times.
But now, there both completed at the same exact minute

Well yes they would do, they'd catch up with each other, unless of course you killed the zombies on the exact minute they were unleashed on one cemetery, think about it, if the human cemetery completes at 6pm and the animal one completes at 8pm, but you don't go on to the game until 9pm, the game will wait for you to log on till it unleashes the zombies, so even though they completed at different times, they were both on hold till u logged on? Make sense?

This has happened to me too, only one human and one pet, it happens once every couple of house and normally when the cemeteries are not done rejuvenating. Not that I mind at all, the more treats the better!

When I open the app, and I hit "tap" to go into the game from the loading screen, I listen carefully, if you listen you will hear a zombie moan, that means that there are zombies roaming in your town. Pretty sure people knew that though lol.

yup happens to me as well, no problems with it as i'm focusing on collecting treats (600 in total for the last halloween items)

It appears to be part of the game since the Halloween update, whether you build the cemetery or not.
Everyday I get either a zombie dog or cat and a zombie man or woman suddenly appear from nowhere.

the zombies don't have any negative effects, even if they turn all your characters, so no worries it's all cosmetic

I thought rogue zombies resulted from friends cashing in on my cemeteries. What do we get when friends cash in our cemeteries? I never see a handshake above my cemeteries.
