40 donuts from Homer Buddha?

Are you able to win all premium items from the buddha? The links I have found seem to indicate that many premiums aren't won through the buddha.

If you already own the premium, then you will recieve the donut equivalent if you win it through a mystery box or Buddha. The exception being Lard Lad, as I believe you can have multiple. But since the only premiums I believe you can get are LL and tire fire from mystery box, and the chances of winning them are like 1/100,000 and 2/100,000, this rarely happens.

To say it costs 15 doughnuts and offers you a "premium item every time", there sure is a lot of crap in that list that would make me think what a waste of doughnuts if I got them.

That is because many of those items aren't correct but are obtained from the mystery box not the homer buddah, as in you won't ever get a parking lot or money from homer buddah just as examples...
