i had an isse... why cant i acces my Springfield?? when i try to connect, popup a window, wher it write:

Welcome to Origin, Dino_Rosso

There is a Level 3 Springfield already on this device. view
is this your Springfield?

i select the no because i dont want the lvl 2 springfield, (i think it become when it was an other issue and i couldnt acces my game 2...) then popup a new window

if i select the yes, how suprising popup a new window...

Based on what I've been reading, people shouldn't log out of the device they are currently using. Leave it alone until after these issues have quieted down.

I also posted this somewhere else. I just went through my friends list which is all jumbled up and noticed that one friend has two towns, a level 27 town and a level 5 town, so the 'lost' towns are still there apparently.

Only recently made some in game purchases. If my town resets and I don't get it back I'll be putting my credit card transaction into dispute. Not much money but the principle. I've suffered from too many bugs with other EA games. Anyone play FIFA? It's about time they invested in their products rather than just taking the $$$$$$

What happens is you open the game as usual, you tap the screen when it says "Welcome ______" at the bottom but then right when it should load your town it just crashes back to your app menu. If you know of a fix that would be great because it looks like I'm going to miss out on this limited time content due to EA's stupid bugs and glitches.

Do you play on the original iPad this happens to me all the time if I'm above 4 stars. I usually play on my iPhone 4 where it does load.

I play on the iPad 2. I also tried on my iPod touch 5th gen but it was crashing on that too. I can get into my friend's town no problem, its just whenever I try log into my town it causes the device to crash.

I've had a few crashes, but can immediately log back in and play. Today, I can play in my town, but when I visit friends, some of them are crashing my game.

Are we all on one server? Or multiple servers?

Is this happening in certain parts of the country(s) and not in others?

Thank you and this will help to see if we can spot some sort of trend. Right now it looks like switching between devices and it not saving properly is playing into this.

iPhone 4S

Turned my phone on when I got in from work. Wouldn't log me in to the game. Kept trying for over an hour... nothing.

Deleted and re-installed, and now it's failing to install the Springfield Falls/Sushi update, so I can't actually get as far as the log in/start a new game screen. I've tried re-installing several times, and resetting my device - still times out when it tries to install the update.

I think this is probably a server issue, as the re-installed app wouldn't know my Origin credentials yet.

I was able to play a little over 2 hours ago. Stopped playing for a few, clicked on the game again, but now that Cannot Connect to Server message is showing up. The retry option keeps popping up, but nothing.

Only tried Rebooting/resetting. I can't switch to another device at the moment.

I have been playing on my iPad and iPhone. I did not log out from my iPad this morning prior to trying to play on my iPhone this afternoon. I had the Falls and **** Fish on the iPad but had not yet opened them on the iPhone. When I tried to log on via the iPhone, I got the message saying can't connect to server. I tried switching to wifi and deleting and reinstalling the game.

When I try to load after reinstalling, it downloads part of the first update and then again says that it cannot connect to the server.

I really hope I'm not the only person having this issue.
