It depends on how they roll out the update. Sometimes, they update by timezones, so for some may get it earlier than others. Usually however, the larger updates are released via the App Store, to everyone at the same time. This time could be anywhere from early in the day on up, so no one really knows if its 36 hours from now or 42 or whatever EA decides.

But when it is early, is like 7 o'clock am 6 o'clock or what? Important tell me where do you live so I can know the correct timezone.

I usually get my update between 2:00 and 4:30 EST (US)

This board is International so by asking when specifically the update will be out you're just going to get a bunch of different answers, just be patient and within the next 36-48 hours you'll have a definitive answer as the update SHOULD be out by then.

Generally, every update I have ever recieved has been by 1:00 PM Central time.

However, there's nothing saying that they can't update it later/earlier in the day. Your guess is as good as mine.
