New Characters for Level 28,29 and 30?

Its my idea but Skinners mom and the rich texan,are both in the files.

I'm guessing these are your theories & wish list as opposed to hard concrete evidence.

Only 2 of those characters are confirmed. Agnes Skinner & Rich Texan. The others have not, but I'm sure they'll find their way into the game one day
