Went to purchase donuts and noticed they have increased from 79.99 to 99.99, (not sure when the price increased, but shows you the last time I purchased) why not lower the cost and just increase the number needed for premium characters etc. I know it's a fine line between people moaning about the cost of donuts/number of donuts required for premium items, but I won't be buying anymore until the price drops of they are on offer

Are you referring to the Boatload of Donuts? Because that has always costed $99.99. Right from the beginning of the game

Are you referring to the Boatload of Donuts? Because that has always costed $99.99. Right from the beginning of the game
They showed for me as £79.99 up until two weeks or so ago and have jumped to £99.99 now, the pricing for others have also changed slightly e.g £7.99 is now £9.99, £14.99 is now £19.99 etc. Not sure if this only affects us UK players however, any confirmation on this?

Are you using apple? I remember seeing somewhere that it was apple that raised the prices, not ea. I bought some donuts today (US/Android) and they were the same price as always.
Edit: Apparently I gave you bad info, android raised their prices too.

Be aware that it's not Apple or Android that raise the prices. It has to do with the country where the user lives and forces the developer, in this case (EA) to raise the prices due to price changes. But it's not EA's fault. Hence why the prices don't change across the board. Only in certain countries. Here the prices have never been raised. They have remained the same since launch day march 2012
Here in the U.K. There was a slight increase last year, but this latest hike is a massive jump in price due to the Brexit weakening the pound against the euro and dollar.
But previous years from 2012-2015 there was no change in prices in the U.K. for the cost of donuts.
