It was available for a while. I know this because I have one and don't play on iOS

also to be nit picky you have the V-Day stuff marked as unavailable but it needs the never available to android as well

To my knowledge Android players started getting access with the Level 25 update, which came out right before the VDay stuff

Wow, that made me realize I have a lot more stuff than I thought I did! I play for free, enjoy endless hours of fun. I reorganize my town, visit friends towns and check out their cool stuff, and get new updates on a regular basis. Doesn't cost me a dime, and NO ADS! Not sure why the complainers keep playing if they dislike it so much?
