There are hundreds of people with there towns reset leave the game alone until this has been fixed.

Mines the same way and I'm on level 27 over 200 doughnuts , can't acces this new update which sucks , I have so many people playing this that can still see my town so it there done where

I guess we'll just have to wait and see. It is a shame, but I guess this is a pretty big update for Android so bugs are expected.

Mine started before update I missed out on the fountain thing from Lisa also

Mine does the same thing (though it say's Level 21 on my phone because I didn't play Tapped Out on Orgin till later)... though it happened after the Sushi & Waterfall event, right after I got the waterfall I couldn't get into the account. Which sucks because I can't log into the game to play this event and I don't want to click yes on new town because then it will erase everything. I thought it would fix the problem after the newest update for Wacking Day but nope, it still didn't fix it.

Ya if they ever get this game right it will be a miracle , my son is playing away on his game so It didn't affect everyone , damn this is killing me

I got the same message this morning.
I was up to level 27 had a couple of thousand donuts and almost half way through the snake challenge.
I'm having a go at re-installing it but I doubt that will work.
