Its an illusion to make us think its an okay event reward when there's been like a dozen better new premium buildings this last 4 weeks.

Quite. I can't remember the last time we had a 24hr build TBH. It's no biggie though as it's not as if the prize is an essential building - just unusal!

Also, Bart and Lisa need to be free to start its quest. So for those who like to clear those tasks right away (instead of waiting until later in the event) you may have to wait a few more hours after the build is complete since I'm guessing your Bart and Lisa are busy elsewhere.

ever since Level 60 and Googolplex, Exploration Inc. from "The Marge-ian Chronicles" episode tie-in, we haven't got a 24h build time on new buildings
