building limit warning... while dropping eggs in neighboring town?

I haven't got the building/decoration overage warning yet (which is surprising, but I haven't got any of the new buildings yet), but now that I can finally hide eggs in neighboring towns I've found that I get the warning in THEIR town. only a couple people with tons of stuff, everyone else could be egged without issue.
what's the point in giving someone's neighbors the warning? not like we can do anything about it.
When the other person doesn't get any eggs, they'll be impelled to do something about it.
