how to whack snakes in neighbor town ?

you need to go into snake mode button on top left of the screen once entering the town. you will see snake icon and egg icon, tap the snake icon and whack away, and egg icon to place snake eggs in their town

after reading some of the other threads, do i need to collect/have 400 snakes first to get the license ? or even without that i can whack snakes in my neighbor town ? because i don't see the snake mode button you saying..

and on another note, i think i will be needing an egg buddy who will give me all their eggs, and well of course i will give them all my eggs, if interested please reply with your name in here and i will be adding you to the list

you are correct you need to initially get to 400 eggs to get the license, which allows 5 snakes to be whacked per town visited. and the elite license will be unlocked in the premium sec for 50 donuts if you want to be able to whack 10 per town. but until you get that first license you will not see those icons
