Can't check for around 40 minutes as he's busy but a quick look on Tapped Out Wiki it looks like he's premium.

Yes. It appears he doesn't have a 24 hr task, though. At least not right away.

Yes he is. That's the skin I use for him, when he's not required elsewhere.

Opera Krusty is the one that didn't get premium payouts even though they recently offered it for 50 donuts. Hopefully they will fix it.

Tuxedo Krusty is premium. But for whatever reason his 12 and 24 hour tasks have disappeared recently. Which means for me he has no 12 hour task when Mr Teeny is busy..

Yes, my wife said, she already had Tuxedo Krusty, that his longer tasks had disappeared.
She was asking me, hence my post, whether or not they will be coming back or are permanently gone?

They did, which totally sucks. I've had him since the casino event (premium) and it's one of my favorite skins. I hope they fix this soon.

it's a bug with the latest update and the quest. they'll fix it soon

I just realized after I finished the quests that only people who owned the costume before are missing the tasks.
