Maybe we get some Fast-Food Boulevard mini-event. We already have dead Lobster, Lard Lad, Krustys and Vesuvius Pizza but we need General Chang's Taco Italiano, Kentucky Fried Panda, We Have Restrooms! and Chili Blasters to complete it.

This is definitely the County Fair mini event. Fried Food and County Fairs go hand in hand. Just because we didn't get any "fried food" doesn't mean anything. The App Store clues only give an insight into what something could mean.
