No Baton Mode anymore in friends towns

Yes I am currently having the same problem as well. Also, it acts like I didn't purchase the Elite License.

It's really frustrating. I'm effectively missing out on 500 snakes a day. xioG you must be missing out on 1000 (assuming of course that you visit 100 friends every day) I'm not sure I will be able to complete all the tasks at this rate.
Have you logged a job or anything with EA about it?

No where would I go to do that?

Have a full 24 hours elapsed since you first got snakes from that friend's town? You can't get more than you 5-10 per day in a town (unless of course you lose some when you enter the town)

I have the same issue, but without the upgrade. On the iPhone version if that helps? And yes well over 24 hours has passed. I can still drop eggs though and collect snakes/eggs/crack eggs in own town, but it won't be enough!!

Sorry xioG, I don't know how to report something officially to EA. Must be a process though.
It's been a couple of days now since I was able to whack snakes in other towns so it's not the 24 hour thing.

Yeah how do you escalate/report issues? Will the conpensate for currently 4+ days missed (equiv to 2000 snakes).

Add me to the baton problem. I have done everything that the rest of you have done and still have the problem. Right now relying on eggs depositing and whacking snakes in my town to try and move forward. Hopefully EA trolls this message board and will see the problem.

Just had a thought. has anyone decided to forgo collecting snakes since there is no baton anyway and come back the next day and see if it is fixed? Waiting for EA to fix this may take days if not longer.
If you have done this already let me know, if not I may go ahead this evening and see what happens.

Same issue. Reading the site trying to see if there is a fix or that EA knows this exists. Definitely been longer than 24 hours and having the same issue still.

I'm having the same problem. It popped up after I crashed while visiting a friend's town.

Anyone try buying the premium license as a fix?

I've also been playing my town on both IOS and Android since the WD update and the problem is on both. You guys using both OSs?

I've tried logging in on android and problem is on there too. Just to note, I first ever logged in to android after the problem had started on iOS.

Another auto update downloaded but still hasn't fixed the problem. PLEASE FIX!!! Also would be nice if you would extend the dates of the event with all the various issues that have been occurring between this and the disappearing snakes.

Me too. All friends towns drop my count by 20-35 snakes, and there is no baton. I lose snakes every time I test to see if it is working! Lost 150 so far to this problem ALONE.

PLEASE FIX EA!!!!

I'm having the same problem. Ios it was weird. Before I had the problem I had two baton icons in my home Springfield for a while.

I tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling. It went thru all the updates etc but still the same result. Very frustrating because not only can I not tap snakes but, I am losing snakes looking to see if maybe it's finally working. I guess this is a tiny percentage of people as not many comments.
