It can't be any of the places in Krustyland, not even the first place. Don't buy it.

I've forgotten that I even have that launcher. It always burns my school. Kinda fun.

Nope it can't be placed in Krustyland but it does go nicely in my Praiseland zone.

I bought it. Not totally satisfied with it, but it does add a little flair when it launches kids into buildings.

I like it, although it's somewhat annoying when I tap it accidentally and my screen scrolls all the way across town to the destroyed school. Releasing an amusement park ride that can only go in Springfield sends a pretty clear message about whether the developers ever plan to do anything new with Krustyland!
