What levels for new game?

Hi! I have started a new game on my phone. I have forgotten what levels events are in the beginning? My ipad game in level 127, so it's been a while now.

At what level do you get the recycling plant? And what level is the Hallowen event now?

main events requires lvl 5

There isnt an major event going on at the moment. The mini event from a week or so ago was level 20 if I remember correctly

What's strange? We're doing a mini event, not a main one. There are also secondary requirements. There's a list of characters you need to complete the event and you probably don't have who you need.

This is taken from the tips thread:
Key levels which unlock new areas/features in the game:
Game Level 8 - Big box daily challenges
Game Level 12 - multiple KEM's available
Level 15 - Squidport
Game Level 20 - XP collider (free 24 hours when placed in town), Monorail quests.
Game Level 25 - Krustyland
Game Level 26 - Playdough Factory (Maggie) NOTE: the Krustyland Shuttle and the Sea Captain (comes with the Houseboat) are needed to complete this quest line.
Game Level 30 - Springfield Heights
Game Level 35 - World's largest redwood*, IRS building*
Level 40 - Money Mountain*
Level 43 - Quest line in Krustyland, with Princess Penelope. A minimum of 6000 Krustyland Tickets are required for part one of this quest line.
*These take a lot of money to fully upgrade, it is a good idea to leave upgrading until later in the game.
