I like my neighbors tap on the spray can (like at moes) because that's money I wouldn't be able to get otherwise

Like said above the buildings with the spraycans are the best, so: the school, moe's, town hall and police station.
If they have allready been tapped, (thus displaying a mop) I go for the buildings with the longest collection time, because it resets the time counter.
