I'd say you have enough posts mate, I got promoted on around 70 - it happens around teh 22nd of each month, you'll get a PM from EA confirming

Its nothing to do with your post count tbh its as Shaun says is around the 22nd of each month, what ya could do for the moment is put a pic in your signature section as a temp basis
