Lisa's Balance beam is gone

No help or ideas? I checked my storage and the store but can't find it. I did place it before it disappeared

I have a request in to EA but not sure how that will go

Do you still have the gymnist Lisa skin and can you make her do balance bean tasks?

Did you drop back below 1000 snakes? You may just need to re-win it

It's weird. I sent Lisa on the first mission and logged off. When I came back she was wandering around the town doing nothing, lost her skin and the balance bar was gone. I was above the 1000 snakes so can't get it again. Plus the prize menu says I have it. Sucks
