Have you tried restarting the game(exit completely out and start it up again)? I've had it happen once before and restarting did the trick.

Seems similar to the heart counter glitch over Valentines Day.

Try restarting your device...it happened to me too....once I restarted it got fixed

Thank you! I reset and they came back. I panicked because I don't trust this game since my huspands account got reset to level 7.
