No. Looks like they've bundled the fortune teller building with ghost Maude.

Originally, Ghost Maude was released with fortune teller building, so this is normal for Maude I think.

In the mystery box with other items.. like Zombie sandwich and drive-in theatre... there's a lot in my box with being a year only player and not bought many premium items before now
