Day 2 of being unable to connect to a server due to Origin

Just 2 days. I am already waiting 5 days for support. 3 days after I linked my springfield to my origin account, I am not able to connect with the server anymore. I have spend 6 weeks without any Problems in the game and buyed around 3000 donuts to get started. I am already sick of waiting for an answer by EA. So maybe it would be smarter to talk to an lawyer then to wait for a move by EA.

    Day 3 now. I did get ahold of ea tech support last night via chat, only to be told that chat support doesn't address android issues and that someone will e-mail me in a day or two.

    And, by the way, I happen to be a lawyer IRL.

    I was also told to get a response to my email within the next 48 hours. 100 hours later I am still waiting.

    I also buyed stuff like the snake tree and the Elite license to get as many snakes as possible. So every day that I am offline I lose around 500-700 snakes which are worth 50-70 donuts. This really sucks.

    At least I learned my lesson about EA and their customer service.

    Hey,

    Been also looking for an answer to this as my tsto is also having this problem, but since reading some places, and removing app reverts you back to level 1 I would rather play without the origin log in... Will be keeping an eye on this thread in the hopes that ea sorts this problem out for you guys!

    Silly question, but have you restarted your device this works for me when i get I can't connect to server message.?

    Restarted it loads, tried clearing the cache etc. And none of these work either...

    Same problem here. The "Anonymous" Springfield works fine, but my primary Origin account won't connect. Uninstalled and re-installed over and over, cleared data, and still the same problem. Started yesterday afternoon after the update.
