And now they released Asia de Cuba for 200 donuts, mmmm donuts.i was doing ok before this last update but my addition got the best of me. I'm trying not to buy any more donuts but it has been harder and harder to resist. Now I must go through the ten step process.

I've spent a lot. More than I care to admit. But I would have spent it on other games, ps3/Wii/etc... So I don't mind, just part of my "entertainment budget". And I think Asia De Cuba was only 100 donuts, not 200, but maybe I'm wrong.

I'm a completionist so I get premiums as they come out. Unfortunately I'm on android and started when Gil had the frink lab package deal, so I'm missing a lot.

Didnt expect an update for a while due to whacking day having mad content. But woke up and saw this. I'm really getting low on funds now though until my next pay day. Hopefully they dont release any more stuff this week. haha

I quit smoking recently and that was a $20 a day habit so I've freed up enough money to be able to spend some on this. I'll never add it up though. Not a chance. It'd make me cringe. Like adding up how much I spent on WoW or how much I spent on the real money auction house in Diablo 3.

I'm the same way. Definitely a completionist. I started playing in October so I have every premium/Limited time Except the Duff Racer, and it drives me nuts!!! But now that Fat Tony is back, maybe they'll re-release some other limited time stuff in the future.

tbh I'd like Springfield Super Collider more than any of the other stuff.

They should put them in Homer Buddah's or something. Small chance to get the ep tie in buildings.

Been playing since the game first came out way back in like, February/March 2012. Haven't spent money yet though, but I've been tempted.

Super Collider is awesome. So is the house of Evil. I love the cemeteries too, although a lot of people have said they don't. And I definitely agree, hopefully they give us some way to win or buy the past stuff.

I spent about 150€. It's probably more. I wish i was never started to play this game. On the other side, i love this game! Almost finished full town and i'm looking forward to build my town because there are brown houses all over the place! 5000$ and 1200xp every 5 minutes :P ... But it still takes a very long time to get what i want. I just want to be the best! I hope they'll do some more contests in the future !! Anyway, GREAT GAME(except EA's legendary update and communications skills).

Started playing same time as the other android guy, I go for all things but its getting to the point where its no longer a game but just an easy source of profits for EA!!!

Going to get the new stuff soon and I'm glad to see its not limited time thankgod!

since I've started playing I must of easily spent £200 or more is say but like many other wouldn't wish to know exact figures as its just embarrassing!!!

I'm not going to say how people should spend their own hard earned money but take a step back and see you have spent loads on a mobile application.
Would you have paid 200quid if they released the app in the store with all the premium items as free?

I started by in September, but only started getting premiums with the *. Patricks day update in March when I was maxed out. Since then I have got everything and want more. I AM ADDICTED.

EA would get even more if they had a week sale on former limited items such as the Ray gun with Kodos(or is it Kang?), witch marge, shauna, etc.

One thing to consider when you're spending your money on this app (aside from the multiple crashes, server outages, random town wipeouts, and the fact its not actually a 'game' but a dollhouse) is the fact one day EA will pull the plug on the server and all will be lost. The comparison to purchasing a Wii / Xbox / PS3 game is a little off, because you spend $200 on those games, you'll have them for the rest of your life.

Also, and I need a code-guy to verify, but all the premium stuff is already on your phone. You're paying to unlock 1s and 0s that are already on your phone.

I've spent $5 in 8 months because I have enjoyed making a simpsons town, and I do believe if you've played it for a while you should kick a few bucks back to the devs. I can't justify spending much more on what are essentially decals--especially considering there are some oustanding actual games for $1.99.

Just my two cents. People have the right to waste their money how they see fit, just wanted to add why I personally can't qualify spending too much money on this.
