Someone else posted the same issue in another section of the forum, but no one seems to have a solution. I've been stuck for over a week now.....hopefully these issues will be solved soon.

I had the same problem.
I tried like you to sell the gazebo and buy another one without success.
I finally bought a second one without selling the first before and it worked. I sold the first one after.

Did you buy three in total? I just tried to buy another one, without selling the first, and it didn't work. Blah.

In fact i bought about 5 in total selling first one before buying.

Then i tried to get it without selling it first and it worked... And yes it prevents you to get the next quests.

If it's not working for you i don't know what you can do... Sorry
