Issue with Mechanical Bull Ride and Exercise for Burns

I haven't tested this, but twice I noticed the Burns/Smithers bike ride stopped as I was cracking eggs. I set them on task again and left all gift eggs untapped, and they did complete the task. The task was definitely not interrupted by whacking snakes, just maybe whacking eggs.
