I'm having the same issue with the Smithers "exercise for mr. Burns" task. Every now and then I check on them and they are no longer on task. I think it's a time related bug, because I've tried to recreate it by logging out and in and visiting other towns, but I couldn't force it.

What are the Rich Texan's tasks? I have typically purchased premium buildings/characters as soon as they are available, and I have been burned several times. This time I think I'm going to wait to see if he's worth it. I have had many issues with buildings/decorations (Swanky Fish, Springfield Falls, Adult Education Annex, just to name a few) disappearing and the characters associated with those buildings being available for tasks when they should have been busy at those places. So if anyone could help by posting the R.T.'s tasks I'd appreciate it. Thanks. P.S. Does he have a voice track like other premiums, or is he mute like Hank Scorpio and Shauna?

I'm not disappointed with him at all! Even if he is a little buggy right now.

His voice tracks are funny and so far that mechanical bull task animation is my favorite! Lugash is a close second though. No Giggling!!

I'm kind of glad I didn't pull the trigger on that aqua restaurant yet...
