How many Lard Lads do you have?

Prev1
I’ve been hitting the mystery boxes hard for a few months now, and just got my 1,000th Lard Lad. Such a waste but I remember being so happy when I started because it was worth 110 donuts lol

When you store them, does it deduct from the multiplier count?

Lard lands don't have a bonus multiplier.

  • I've never counted. It's too dark and disorganized in my inventory to really know.

    44 All in storage.
  • Many.
  • 2 out 119 in storage.
  • I'm close to the 1000 mark also
  • I have 4. That’s one of the reasons I don’t buy the Mystery Box anymore. I don’t know where I would put all the duplicate items.

I've never seen the problem with that. The I&S signs can be hidden behind any number of buildings or decorations if you don't want to display them, news vans can be plausibly placed for display in numerous ways and locations, the Lard Lads only take up one spot in your inventory no matter how many you have so they don't clog anything up and the rest of the items in the mystery box can be sold back for cash.
  • 720 in storage (plus 1 of each variant in Springfield)

I don’t disagree that the Mystery Box is the most cost effective way to increase your multiplier. I’ve done it to the point that I have 4 or 5 of each item. At that point I’d rather spend more for items that I can display without having to try and hide them in my town. No right or wrong answer on this one, just personal preference.

Out of curiosity is there a reason you would t just store anything in your inventory if you didn’t want to put it out?
  • Also - I sort of find it quite amusing how many of us have lots of Lard Lads in storage. I’ve been playing for years although took a break and came back recently - I remember being so excited when I got my very first one and paid 110 donuts for it. Such a novice!

Ah, okay. Nothing wrong with that.

No, none at all. I'm storing most of the items I'm getting during this event from my monsters. But I don't want to pay donuts for items I'm likely to store.
