Nope.

Checked my inventory. Nada. My town is pretty wide open, so it is not difficult to lose sight of a character. And I planted orange tree next to my lemon tree.

I had 46 donuts saved. Spent 30 on teen. 15 on tree. and now i have no items and 1 donut.

Squeecky voiced teen is just hiding somewhere. Pretty easy to lose a charactor.

Hmm, you could try re-loading/re booting the game and hopefully they might be there when you log back in?

Other than that you will have to post in here: https://help.ea.com/ and hope you get some help

If still nothing take your problem up with Apple for a refund

Nope. I even checked Character Collections and the Teen is not highlighted indicating that I have him. Looks like I am out of luck. Fortunately I didn't spend real money on the donuet. I'd be even more pissed.

Could re-installing help? I won't lose any of my Springfield, will I? And thank you for you help. Tried using the EA help, but says service is down. And people wonder why EA gets such a bad rep.

This happened to me with Miss Springfield and Motel, built them, lost them, not in inventory, just goe, have no idea how to get them back, tried reinstalling several times, no luck.
