Simpsons Tapped Out will not close on iPhone X with iOS 11

Once it starts to run on my iPhone X it will not turn off. It will not let me swipe up to see running apps and turn them off. How do I get this game to quit without having to reboot my phone?

I take a screenshot, don’t save it, and at that time you’ll see the swipe bar on the screen. It’s at that time you can swipe up and then close the app. Hopefully they will fix soon, kind of a pain but at least you can get out.

I just bought the iPhone 10 and for anyone finding this you scroll up from the bottom of the game screen in Landscape mode will minimize your game screen to iPhone 10 home screen then you can swipe up and close the game.
