Been playing since just after Halloween 2012. Took a break in 2014. While goi g through our divorce, my ex wife changed all my passwords and security settings so I lost my original town so I stopped playing for a year or so. Started my current town in May of 2016 and Ive re aquired just about everything I had before.

I'm a 5 year resident too, though I have to admit that my enthusiasm has been wavering lately after missing the final prize in two events over the past year. I suspect that if it happens again I may finally bow out.

My sock puppets told me to stay and play, although this Christmas event is difficult for me, I'll play, but don't really care if I get all the prizes. I've been playing since 2012, so, I guess I'll continue until the nuclear flash takes me out.

Well it might be happy for other people but it's not for me.
This morning I was able to download the update ok only did two small downloads and then a 200mb one so that looked normal.
Then 11 o'clock i could still play the game properly.
But now the game wants to do the update again and this time it wants to download 1.8GB. Not even just the 1.4GB it normally wants to do somehow they find another 400MB to add, suppose this is the fault of my device?
Been playing since August 2012.... so this is my 6th Christmas event..... I’ve invested too much time and (as a premium player) money into this game I don’t think I’ll ever CHOOSE to stop...
Some events I’ve enjoyed less then others (superheroes 2, Tapball, Easter 2013(? With the wheel?), Winter 2016) but I’m still tapping daily.
I neither love this event nor loathe it so far - it’s enjoyable enough so fairly satisfied with it.
My one gripe (there has to be one!) is a general observation at the amount of recycled content the last few events have relied upon. I think newer players should get the chance to get content they’ve missed for sure, but would like more (or maybe more inspiring) new premium content as a long time player.
Started playing at the very end of the Monorail event in 2015 & got hooked for good with THOH XXVI. I can't give it up because I really enjoy playing it; even some of the events I've disliked. It's hard to keep a game fresh so I'll take the bad with the good, until EA decides it's time to turn out the lights and permanently store Skyfinger.
