bart and lisa skins generate event currency - tasks missing?

Bought the skins and thought I saw generates event currency in store. Might be mistaken because they don't have tasks or any way I can figure out how they do.

Updated title as the store screenshots below indicate that they earn event currency

Im at pt 9 and it requires you to place the construction site thats the second to last reward on the prize track, so its not part of the main quest line unless another appears.

Nevermind, maybe you have to complete the skin quests, which is unusual.

Nope, I have finished their quests, and neither one has any tasks that earn event currency.

yeah I just rushed them too to see. No option to earn event currency.

We need the Toy Workshop before sending anyone on tasks. If anyone fancies rushing 100+ donuts its the second reward on the prizeline.

Speaking of event currency, I was able to switch out my daily challenge (play Sideshow You for 1 donut) for "Tap (40) Robo-Funzos" for a reward of 450 batteries.

I have the toy workshop. The first task is to send Kang to make cheap toys for no currency.

Edit: Rushed the task and there were no additional tasks.

I have the Toy Workshop and there are no tasks for them either...unless you have to go through the quest line for the workshop.

Maybe the event jobs pop up after those 8hr tasks (The Invasion is Snow Joke pt. 9) for Bart, Lisa, & Santa Kang and you place the Rigellian construction site?

OK Tomorrow I will put a list together for my EA community manager. So far we have boinked rail tracks at the xmas station, land tiles but no new land, and no event currency for Bart and Lisa Elf. Let me know if you all find anything else.

Me too, I’m hoping this will be patched and not a, “whoops we made a mistake and they weren’t supposed to earn currency, sorry.” But if that were the case I’m sure they would rather implement the tasks that earn currency rather than refunding back people 100 donuts.

Nope. I have rushed those as well.

Me too, rushed both the main questline and the skin quest line.
ETA: haven't placed the 6th prize as part of pt.9, but that would be very odd if we had to.
