How do you clear the Scratch-R task?

No, I don't wan't to buy one, I have been to KEM to check it out, but the red-white task is still there. My OCD doesn't approve of this... go away!

U just click on the kwick-e-mart and then it will say task completed

Try visiting friends or Krustyland to see if a re-synch helps.

Edit: I had no problems - mine cleared with a KEM visit.

I bought the holiday scratcher, won 100 donuts, and still have the task. It's hopeless

Maybe you have to do it on the Original Kwik-E-Mart? Because I had no problem in my 3 games.

I only have 1, the first one I got many years ago. I don't care about the stuck task but it IS an oddity.

Yeah, stuck for me as well. Not a huge issue for me just a minor frustration ... as long as it goes away eventually.

I'm stuck with this error as well.

I have two Kwik-E-Marts in my town. Clicking on either of them doesn't clear the task. Clicking on a location AND buying a Scratch-R card for standard game currency from that location doesn't clear the task (and no, I'm not about to try it with donuts or real money to see if it clears it). Storing the second location and then clocking on the primary doesn't help. Storing the primary w/Apu, then clicking on the secondary location doesn't help either.

Buying one with real money doesn't clear the task either as it's been tried, unfortunately at present there's nothing that you can do yourself to fix the problem ( unless support can help) and will just have to wait until EA patch the problem sorry.

Just wondering if anyone else is still having issues with the red/white scratcher icon? I've had mine since the event launched and it won't clear off my panel

I have the same issue. Since the task is not critical, just wait until the event is over and the task will be removed from your to do list.

I have the same issue. Since the task is not critical, just wait until the event is over and the task will be removed from your to do list.

Thanks @BlackFloppyDisk ... I guess that'll have to be our plan

I now have a little box in the taskbar. If it is closed, I can't see the the Scratch-R task, if the box is open, the task is show. Just that one, the other tasks are visible.
