Odd question: is dry pot bullfrog supposed to be a salty dish?

No one I know seems to know. Tried this for dinner tonight as I'm someone that loves to try new things food wise. Was so salty that I couldn't eat it. Even the veggies were sickly salty.

I'm sure they over-salted my dish, but is it supposed to be salty to start with? How is it supposed to taste?
Am looking to find out if I should try it again from a different restaurant.

I’ve never heard of it so am no help. You could try a different restaurant to see how they cook it then compare.

Never heard of it either - why I tried it . Drank aloe vera juice for the first time the other day - a mix of good and disgusting at the same time (tastes good, terrible aftertaste)

Absolutely need another restaurant but if it's supposed to be a salty dish, I probably wouldn't try it again.

Wow never heard of it. I know people do eat frogs (poor little guys, then again I always feel bad for the lobsters in the tank at the supermarket )

Thanks for finding that. It's a local restaurant supposedly serving authentic. Think I'll have to travel for the real thing.
