Xp collider glitch?

Did anybody else xp collider have issues this morning? I logged in and was clearing my kem's when I realized my collider was off, I thought I had a few days left but hey no biggie so I dropped 25 donuts and recharged it. Well I just logged on again and started to clear my KEM'S and about halfway through realized no collider agian.

There was another thread on here a couple of days ago with a similar thing but I'm not sure if they got any resolution to it, if you've tried the usual sync things like visiting Krustyland/ neighbours screen, hard close restart game, reboot device and those haven't fixed it then all you can do is ask EA support for the donuts back nicely that you lost.

This thread just scared the pants off me! I just noticed my xp bar was pink so I recharged it and came here and saw this thread. But everything is a-ok in my town!

Just be careful when you recharge the collider that you do so through the collider itself.

Do not press recharge on the message that tells you your collider is depleted as it will take your donuts and may not recharge the collider.

I had this issue a few months back and contacted EA about it. They refunded my donuts the first 2 times but told me they could not do so anymore as they found "no fault"

There seems to be glitchy code in the message so avoid it. I haven't had any issues by using only the collider.

Hi, same happened to me yesterday.
I had charged it for 10 days.
Yesterday, clearing a few kems it didn't give me extra XP.

I thought I just missed, that the 10 days were over.
Never got any message.

I am not 100% sure, so I will watch closely now.

I dont think I have ever gotten a message but then again, I try to keep mine charged up, at least as much as I can afford.

recharged 2 towns today (but always have tapped the collider) and no problems

Message only happens if it goes out while you are actively playing.

Ah that explains it then. Ive only let it run out once. I still dont remember a message, but that doesnt mean it wasnt there, just that if it was, Ive forgotten about it, along with many, many othet things

This just happened to me in my B town. I logged in this morning, and I checked it, and had two days plus. Logged in this afternoon, and got a message saying it was depleted.
