FIXED: Town almost reset to level one and currently inaccessible

that happened to my brother before and it eventually worked itself out.
i could see his town but all he could see was a new town starting over again.
i think he tried re-installing the game too.

Then the message came about having a level one on my local device and if this was my Springfield, and I tapped NO. NeO (our mod) had this and lost his town. But got it back. I recomend u give him a P.M and ask how he sorted it

It suggests that I tap NEW, but I'm not sure as the case is not 100% similar (I have no Android), it's a tough decision 8)

Try logging in from another device. If accessible make a small change, like put something in your inventory or take something out. Back out of the game. Dont just hit the home button. Then try logging into your original device

It happened to me about a day before WD started and missed the first two days if it cos i couldnt get on to my town, you just have to check every once in a while to see if it loads up.

Started playing a local game
Linked the local game to a newly registered Origin account
Logged out again
Logged in with original account and got my original town again

Yeah something similar happened to me as well, except it kicked me out of my town then the first intro video came on the screen... And i forget what i did after but i got my town back rite after. But i haveent heard of any1 going thru this same problem
