Play the game naturally and soon you will be making $50 000. House farmers get bored quick of this game.Play the game as it comes and you will get there :)

you can house farm if you like but i am pretty sure you will have a hard time keeping neighbors as i delete house farmers right away and i am sure i am not alone.

Continuous 1hr tasking, spend real money to get a high % bonus, or house farm blue or purple houses are the best for this. Or sit back relax and let it happen naturally and like birdie said you will be making 50,000 in no time. :-)

+1. I had a huge white farm to get me rolling. I don't like seeing town farms and I don't blame ppl for deleting. But if u just stick your name in all the add me threads get lots of neighbours then u shud be fine not all 100 will delete u

Very True and i did not delete them until whacking day was done and i no longer had any use for them.
but it was hard to find the snakes in the farm towns because sometimes they would be in the house farm

I've been close to $1m before, 'naturally'. I have no idea how people have several millions and still have towns decked out to the max.

    1. Buy donuts.

    2. Use them to speed up income tax at the Simpson House.

    3. Profit!

I try to keep in my in game cash at about 2Mil so i can buy anything when updates come out
wolfcastle took a big hit to the cash and am almost back up with now 1.8Mil

i am pretty sure the people with loads of cash have lots of items that add to the multiplier

I started house-farming on the outskirts and just use the house farming to buy land, put house farms on that new land, and will stop when I have a good daily income.... it's just to buy the land. And then I plan on selling my houses once I'm comfortable/have a surplus of money.

I think that's the way to go if you want to hurry up to level 32.

I'll have to look up the multiplier, but I thought it maxed out at a certain percentage (based off your star rating)

Farming worked for me took 3months (ish) I now have all the land
Totally worth it IMO but I decided within a week of playing I wanted all the land asap I am now doing the slowest design ever as Deco is expensive and I refuse to do anymore farming.
The only way to avoid farming would be to spend doughnuts on % boosting items, hour tasks are king for cash whenever possible.

I started of on brown houses I actually ended up with 130 just so I was getting 1k every 5mins ......those brown house got replaced with 160 purple.....I then expanded the farm to include 120 blue 40 white and 12 pink LOL

Play it how you want, decide want you want most and do what you need to do, this game will be around for another few years remember if smurfs village can hit 4 years running then I'm 10000% sure this game will hit 4 years+ so there's no rush

No when you buy premium items that add 2% etc it ads it up
some people have well over 100% multiplier

    Only premium items increase multiplier?
