Cant connect to the server

Hi so today i was playing simpsons tapped out. I clicked on the krusty bus and clicked to go to krustyland. When i did that the game went to the screen with bart and saying cant connect to the server. I clicked retry many times but it still doesnt work. Please help!

Note: i searched for help but didnt find anything that works for me.

I had this too. Logged on using another device with no problem but lost an afternoons worth of progress.

I have the same issue. When I unistalled and reinstalled, its fine but then it would give that error message again.

I reported it. I really hope it just fixes itself, cause I do not want to miss any events.

Same here.. lost connection around 10 or 11 MST and now keep getting server error. All my other apps work. I access via a computer using Bluestacks. I am in Colorado and sent an email to EA regarding this issue but have yet to get a response.

Also have server connection problem. Restarted IPad, then restarted game which usually works, but not this time.

Hi, you are actually my neighbor! It doesn't allow me either here since 9pm in UK. I reported it via EA help page I hope it fixes it right away.

Strange. I can connect to my secondary Springfield on my iPhone but can not connect to my primary Springfield on my iPad.

Had to delete and reinstall the game on my iPad Mini, now working okay. I wonder if it’s anything to do with a recent iOS security update patch?

Seems doubtful. It’s more likely attributable to some quirk with EA’s servers.

Same. I did twice since yesterday. It's been nearly been down for half a day. It's bugging me now

Apparently the issue is only on the iPads....I had put it back on my iPhone for now until the issue is fixed. Works fine when connected to the server in the game on the iPhones.
