Cannot connect since 3 days - Daily player, pls. help!

Hello, I play this game since 7 years and this never happened before. I’m a daily player and it’s really bad that I can’t get back in.
I did all the steps but it doesn’t work. I disconnected my internet. Deleted the game. Reconnected the internet. Re-downloaded the game. Played first for a few secs anonymously, then I locked back into my account. I was able to play for 1 minute but then i got kicked out again. Now I’m at the bart screen again!!! What can I do?

Hi, you aren't alone with this issue there's actually quite a lot of players who can't access the game for the last few days, unfortunately once you have tried all the usual fixes, restart device, clean cache, uninstall/ re-install, reset internet etc then there is not a lot else to do, you just have to wait until the team at EA fix it.
