I read on wikisimpsons that after the quest for Skinner to sleep at Wiggums these are the next quests.

The Prodigal Skinner Pt. 1 Make Agnes Do Silhouette Night
Make Skinner Do Silhouette Night
The Prodigal Skinner Pt. 2 Make Agnes Taunt Old People

I'm not sure who else needs to be free other than Agnes and Skinner, because it involves them. Wiki doesn't state the trigger person or people.

Looks like that would be the end as skinner is back at the house and thats the only task agnes has not done.

This needs to be updated. I just completed Couch Surfing USA pt 5 and then started The Prodigal Skinner pt 1.

Agnes sweeps the town 6hrs (keep Carl free)
Skinner crash at Buddhist temple 12 hours (keep chief wiggum free)
Skinner crash at the wiggum house 12 hours

Thanks for the 411! Just started Agnes and Skinner do silhouette night. Nice to know I'm almost done. Did the entire thing without using donuts to speed up any tasks.

At same quest should start taunt in 8 hours
