  • If you like to save Daily challenges for act 2, now's the time! Also, I'm saving Scraps because I suspect we'll need to buy the new kind of fences for the defence bonus in act 2.

    A good reminder!

    Moe’s Express Gil Deal:
Tip: If you don't send the barflies to finish their first task, Moe can keep his event currency job, which pays 90 beer per 4h

Even if you finish the quest you can still send Moe to the Express for 90 beers.

  • Good luck to any players trying to get the final prize in act 1 :)

Is anyone else having an issue with the corner trench pieces not connecting properly to the straight pieces? One of them connects fine, but the others i'm finding that no matter what i do, there is a gap. Any suggestion?
There's not a gap. It just looks like a gap. The regular Trenches don't rotate 180 degrees so they don't match up with the Corner Trenches on the left and right corners.

I did not notice until I read this! Looks like a gap to me and it effects both ends of the corner. I can see green grass and the cyan bonus area in the gap. Someone with a better device than mine can probably see it more.

Oh. My. God. Do you people examine your screens with magnifying glasses? Geeze. That's nothing. I thought you were talking about the horribly obvious glitch on the left and right corners.
  • The new Junk Base can use the same multiplier items from the Mega Playscape. You can just move the Playscape out of the way and put the Junk Base there and have an instant 20% multiplier - assuming you had 20% already that is.
They can even share the items across their bonus zones when placed together, but that reduces the bonus it gives each base.

I think some actually do. I'm guessing you saw the thread about how the girl on the splash screen supposedly didn't have underwear on or whatever?

The illustrators/animations should put some super tiny jokes somewhere for these people.

Nice one - was going to ask about overlapping them. Thanks.

What is the benefit of using the new base station? My playscape is 20% bonus and all the characters can still be used there. Seems this new one has no benefit unless I’m missing something

Agree. Apart from the quest line what's the point?

  • I have the existing base with 20% bonus and the new base set up with 7% bonus from adding newly crafted trenches to it. Are the 20% and 7% global bonus to the adults and kids working at either base OR each bonus applies only to the ones working at that base ? I think the latter... in which case there are not enough A&K’s to fill all positions in both bases ...?
  • The bonus only applies to tasks at that site. It's best while you build the bonus to send enough freemium characters to meet the questline and all premium (and anyone spare) to the old site with the higher bonus. Or send them on side quests where the payout is higher, but no crafting scraps paid.
