Unfortunately Agnes is not voiced at all and personally I think that all the characters should be voiced. As far as I'm concerned its a large and integral part of the game experience and I would love to hear from Martin, Millhouse, Agnes, Miss K and Fat Tony etc.
Why this seems to be a problem for the game developers I don't know. They didn't have a problem giving voices to Luigi or Lugash or even Duffman.

Read our lips: if they are not voiced by the core cast of voice actors, they are guest stars and will not be voiced because of contract issues. It is not an EA issue, it is the contracts signed by the actors to Fox.
So if not voiced by Dan, Yeardley, Harry, Hank, Julie or Nancy, they will not be voiced. It is as simple as that.
I get it, I really do, but while the main cast is Dan, Yeardley, Harry, Hank, Julie or Nancy...there have been other minor cast members like Pamela Hayden, Tress MacNeille, Marcia Wallace, Maggie Roswell, Russi Taylor, Albert Brooks, the late Phil Hartman, Jon Lovitz, Joe Mantegna, and Kelsey Grammer.
these folks were not just guest stars but re-occurring character actors. Honestly there has to be someway that they could get these voice contracts.
The fact that Julie, Nancy and Yeardley do great voices is undeniable, but since most of there voices are male accept for Marge and her side of the family as well as Lisa, most of the female characters on the Simpsons come from the supporting voice cast.
another avenue they could go possibly would be to have fake voices? I mean I have a Han Solo GPS voice in my car, it is not Harrison Ford but it is close....
I mean what is the point of having say Crazy Cat Lady without the weird grumbling? Or Doris, or Maude's Ghost if not for voice acting.
don't mean to sound overly negative, but going forward into another of tapped out, EA could run out of non-random characters with voices over this next year.
So I say at least EA with Fox should see what they could do....

This reminds me of when you read iTunes reviews and people bellyache about Apple not having a particular artist's music, album or song. It's not Apple's fault... it's the record label or the artists decision. The same with EA, I'm sure this decision is in Fox's hands... and their hands are probably tied too.
The Simpsons cast, producers and Fox have had a looooong history of very difficult contract negotiations. And some little game that earns pennies for individuals involved in the production of The Simpsons is probably the last thing anyone is concerned about.
So get over it already. You're wasting your breath.

That's easy to write, but you're proposing what is potentially a lot of work and expense for something that's not going to make the product generate more revenue.
