Is there a scene where he looks at the camera directly and says 'me's-a-kill'? I swear he said this, but I can't find the clip with it in. It's for this reason that I think he should be in the game.

I think he should come with a film set as his companion building, and he could have tasks involving Comic Book Guy and the Android Dungeon.
