Pita and Peta (Act 3) Cannot Connect to Server

Posts about this problem have generally died down on the Game Discussion forum. It's a continuing problem for me despite deleting and re-installing the app on two separate (iPhone and iPad) devices. Is anyone else still having difficulty getting into their Springfield(s)?

From my understanding the problem with not being able to connect to the game was caused by some seriously bad timing for server maintenance and game updates and only lasted for a few hours on the release of act 3 and is now fully working, if as you still can't connect to the game and have tried uninstalling the game then re installed and also tried restarting the device and still no luck it might be worth restarting the internet router that you are using too.
