Had anyone else has an issue that they never recieved her during the Madison heights? I didn't known I was missing her until I got her outfit in act1 of the bart royal event? I have since then been lied that she is currently in my town yet my collection set for her is hashed out saying I don't. Email help is a waste and down right embarrassment.

She comes with the marketing agency when you unlock that in Springfield Heights.

Its their standard blow off. This is a users fourm, we are all just regular players just like you. Sorry, I wish there was more I/we could do for you/all the people they blow off in this fashion.

The only thing I can suggest is to contact help again, and keep doing it until you get someone willing to help you

Honestly. About a month ago i sent them an email asking about her. She was placed into my "inventory " lol. Again. Same thing. They offered me 20 donuts in one email. Last few emails it's she's there. "Look for her." As I responded with a picture of the collection with her missing.... waiting to see their next response.

Fyi. I have the marketing agency, but it's one of the few buildings you can't place in inventory. I have all of heights unlocked. No Lindsey

Silly question, but you have done all of the marketing agencies associated tasks?

I don't have any quests in my book. Most of the marketing quests are send these chars there. Get ads lol.

My only other suggeation is to contact EA again, and keep contacting them until they fix this, and do it properly. Sorry I couldnt help you much
