Make footpaths only 1 square not the huge size they are now, it's impossible to make a neat placement of them, maybe even some curved footpath pieces, so you have a solid square, a curved on top right, curved top left, curved bottom right curved bottom left.
This will allow us to do nice neat (and curved) footpaths and ground artwork
I wrote this in another topic but thought maybe here was more appropriate; a bank building (I'm sure someone probably mentioned this) but one that can hand out loans, that is, borrow say $50,000 and/or about 30 donuts for example which you have to repay after a month or so with interest so maybe the values go upto $80,000 and 50 donuts respectively; you can have Fat Tony chasing after you :P but I'm not sure this idea will work well in practice though..
Drooling at that list!! I want more shops so i dont need to dbl up for star rating
Decorations like different paths - cobblestone and dirt etc.
Higher hedges and patterned hedges, maybe some rose ones.
Different 1hour tasks. Hard to keep track of the hordes coming out of kwikimart and school.
Smaller concrete and the same colour as driveways
The ability to place the concrete anywhere not in sections as it is never where I want it to go.
Definitely the cars should be able to go in the spaces as already mentioned.
More squidport and krustyland stuff.
All kids should be able to go to krustyland ... except maybe rod and tod poor kiddies.
You're a legend, I will dream about that list as my game loads for the rest of our time together... which will be long and expensive if they did even 1/4 of all of these wishes
More of a game mechanic but I think it'd be useful to increase the range of the zoom in/out so that we can get a better look how our SF is shaping up. I don't mean 1% through 100% available but rather 25, 50, 75 and 100% levels. And we could zoom all the out from one corner and zoom back in on the opposite corner to make travelling more coherent. What do y'all think?

EXACTLY!!! I'm almost finished with my land-purchasing-marathon, and a good chunk of my SF at the moment is a Big-Sea-Of-Green, with no way to know with any precision AT ALL where things can go. No visual context. I know where I want things relative to each other, (e.g., forest-in-the-corner-of-the-mountains-away-from-Squidport), but would sure like to have a look to see whether I'm making it too large, how many trees to buy, etc.

Non-Premium Item gift giving (possible to help out the lower leveled player at accessing high level d?cor)
I mentioned something similar to this elsewhere, but I'd like to re-add it here since this thread is pegged.
I would even take this idea a step or two further, by having the option, as one of the three daily activities you have when visiting a friend's town, to gift the friend either cash, a donut, or anything in your inventory. I think a cap would be necessary, in order to keep people from just amassing cash/donuts without actually playing (or buying.) I'm thinking $5,000, or 1 donut, or 1 inventory item. And you'd only be able to gift one of these a day (ie, you can't use all three activities in that friend's town to gift them a total of 3 donuts.)
If you need 60 donuts to get something you want, that goal is a lot easier if you have even a few friends willing to gift you a donut a day (and it's a lot less heartbreaking when you see people getting 30 donut mystery boxes when you're not nearly so lucky.) I think a lot of people would be willing to part with a donut here and there.
The cash can be gifted when you are cash heavy but donut poor, or if you have already gifted that person donuts in the past (or not - it's your schwag, you don't have to justify your gift-giving!)
Or if you have a friend you know wants a certain item that you'll never use, you can just gift it to them. I know that limited time items are kind of a big deal, but by being able to be gifted these items, you can actually maintain the rarity of said items, since it wouldn't necessitate EA re-releasing them (and might also encourage them to come up with new ideas to keep the long-timers happy.)
The big thing is that being able to do this as one of the daily activities when visiting really goes toward building goodwill - everyone has different tapping preferences, and sometimes you don't know them or can't abide by them due to timing. This way, you can give that friend something tangible so they understand you aren't purposely being rude if you happen to be a graffiti artist and they are anti-graffiti, or if you happen to hit them just after they swept their town and there's nothing for you to tap but Brown houses.
I want to see the addition of dirt roads to the game. I dontblike the way the paved roads look on say Cletus' farm or fort sensible. I want my poor areas to look poor lol
I would love to see date/time of each neighbors last visit to my town along with their ID and time I can visit again. That would make it much easier to know if people have stopped playing. I want neighbors who actually want to play.
I'd like to see a way to control characters so if you,for example, want Sea Captain to Tell a Tall Tale next to Mayor Quimby giving a speech, you can do it easily by moving them to the positions you want them in.
The Real Dalekbuster523, Coming Soon to Nethersphere Online
Dirt roads would be great or at least some texture to the grey paths (like cobblestone). Id also like to see 360 rotation for benches, parking lots and vehicles (oh and maybe a few new vehicles for cash instead of donuts or even better some boats for squidport). Lastly, id like to see light posts be able to be placed on side walk like parking meters are. AND SOME MORE LAND EXPANSION!!!!!
1) That we can see a list of all our friends that has two sorts, in order of the soonest visitor backwards and how many visits total.
2) The towns would be dynamically ordered from the latest visitor first and the one who never has visited last. That way for those with 100 friends, it will always make it easy to visit those who have earned it more.
3) Give a total of around 5% total extra money and XP split to the top 10 visitors of my town. So the number one visitor to my town would get 1% extra cash and money for everything they do in their own town. The second highest gets 0.85%. the 3rd, 0.75%, the 4th 0.65%, the 5th, 0.55%, 6th gets 0.45%, 7th gets 0.35%, 8th gets 0.25%, 9 gets 0.20%, and the 10th gets 0.1%.
If you have 100% and visit them every 1-3 days there is a good chance that you will be among their top 10 visits. This would give an extra 0.1% with one friend plus 0.55% at another, etc... Where it could be a nice incentive to really encourage visiting neighbors on a regular schedule.
I would LOVE to be able to determine where my Landing Screen is...and not have it automatically roaming around and moving each time I buy a new plot of land. I use my landing screen to share with visitors what would help me most by their visit to make it as easy for them and as profitable for me as possible....but I have to keep redesigning my whole down to move it do the new Landing Screen every time I buy new land.
Sorry if I`m repeating a previous post, but how about the oil rig with the Krusty Burger out in the ocean? Or the ability to build islands? Of course we`d need to expand the ocean area, but why not do that instead of making a new Krustyland-like add-on?

BAAHAHAHA! Thank you! I was rofl.
Yes! I'd even pay donuts for a casino that had donut pay-outs, in a heartbeat.

4) An option to unfriend within the game.
